This summer our Sunday morning small groups for youth and their families (AMgroups) have gone digital! Sign up for a group, pickup a book at the church for your study, and each Sunday morning at 9:45am this summer you’ll receive a text with a link for thoughts and discussion as we embark on journeys together though excellent resources listed below:

How to Love Your Adult child (for parents of adult children)
This group is specifically for parents of college students and older. Written by the same author as the Five Love Languages series, experiences of parenting adults are discussed in this excellent, supportive book.

Raising a Selfless Child (for parents of children, any age!)
Ever wondered how we can teach our chidlren to develop hearts to serve others? This book isn’t long but it’s BIG with lots of great ideas and practical suggestions of how to foster this love for our neighbors at any age.

Fathom: The Birth of the Church (for anyone– parents, teens, college students)
What was it like to be part of the early church in the first centuries? What did early Christians feel? How were they treated? We’ll explore the book of Acts in the New Testament, and how we can look at similarities between churches in the first centuries B.C. and today’s church.

Faith of a Mockingbird (for anyone– parents, teens, college students)
This is a great book that looks at how Christ shines through the Harper Lee classic, To Kill a Mockingbird. A unique tudy on the connection between our culture and Biblical truth–and how Christ can be found all around us.
